I'd always make my mom save me a flower to eat. I loved the blue roses! And, funny enough she had these one-of-a-kind flower clay earrings in her shop! yum!

I think I named it that because I always preferred saying "hehe" when chatting vs "lol". I was never much of an "lol" girl, but I have since caved. My hehehehe site is no longer up, but I wish it was. I can't find the files. It was pre-facebook coolness. Anyhow...

1. I have this weird obsession with thin pens. Like skinny Asian-made pens.
2. I used to work at a photo studio, mostly editing photos of realtors or making headshot composites.
3. I love Jane Austen movies and British Romantic Comedies.
4. I really love my "old" electronics like my candy bar phone with no internet and iPod Video 5G. No iPhone obsession here. I love hacking my old school phone and also taking it apart and putting it back together. I am no expert!
5. I didn't start wearing makeup daily until after college. :0
6. I love watching design shows on HGTV.
7. I love animals, but I've never had a pet.
8. My top two favorite actors are Ewan McGreggor and Colin Firth. :)

You can get InStyle Magazine for $5.00 (1-year) or Marie Claire Magazine for $5.00 (2-years) from Amazon.com!! I'm currently trying to decide between the two. I think I'm gonna go for the Marie Claire since it's two years. This is a limited offer for the Instyle (expires 9/26). They feature one mag a week I think. The Marie Claire offer is through September when they are discounting $5 off certain mags.

Turning pennies into Magazine Subs? YES! Just gather all your loose change and head on over to your nearest CoinStar machine! I do this all of the time. You can get a gift certificate to Amazon instead of having to pay the fee on the CoinStar machine. After they count the coins, you get a print out with a redemption code to enter into Amazon. It's so easy and fun! Not all CoinStar machines will do this, and you need to have more than $5 in change. One time I only had $4.89, so I had to leave the machine and run to my car to find more change!!

With all the beauty blogs out there, who really needs magazines anymore, right? Maybe for some, but I still like them! I currently get Elle and Allure.
