SO what's the deal on the makeup from forever 21? Good, bad, crap, or worth $3? Similar to the value of E.L.F?
I'm asking because I saw it at F21 this weekend and it was so cute that I thought it would be a nice giveaway prize. Especially for my international readers!
Some of their products says "designed in Japan" & "made in China." Not all of them say designed in Japan.
I'm curious about the blushes, polishes, shadows, gloss, and more. Let me know if you think it's a crap giveaway prize. I do have some Smashbox saved for a giveaway too... I had planned to do one in JUNE and now it's September! ah!
