Fried Zucchini!

Wash and dry them then slice 'em up!

Coat them with flour.

Dip them with beaten eggs. Egggscellent. (cooking mama ref)

Fry in oil at medium-low heat until golden brown. Flip. (I always sucked at this part in the game)

All done. Better than mama! Serve with a soy sauce based dipping sauce. I like to mix wasabi and soy sauce, but I couldn't find mine. :( I just used chili peppers instead. It was later in life that I decided I liked spicy stuff.
I'm not sure how Korean of a dish that would be considered. It looks yummy though. What is Cooking Mama and Shop and Chop? Wasabi brings out my inner white girl, I have only tried it once and it was watered down by soy sauce, but it was just too much for me.
ReplyDeleteI know someone else that likes wasabi in their soy sauce! lol. I don't put too much though. Actually it's my hunnie that puts a lot in his soy sauce when we're eating sushi. LOL. I just like to top those sushi and then dip in soy sauce. LOL!
ReplyDeleteYou should try putting it in egg and then dipping it in flour. It'll be more crispier. I heard fried peas are good for you.

ReplyDeleteOoOo! You should try this thing that I do with zucchini. It's like deep fried zucchini at Hot Dog on a Stick.
You cut the zucchini long ways in trianglular pieces, then dip them in tempura batter, deep fry, spritz a bit of fresh lemon on them and dip them in ranch dressing! Sooo yummy! :D
